What this site is
DentistProof indexes dentists and dental clinics listed in the NPPES public registry (published by CMS) and organizes them by city, state, and NPPES specialty. We also publish regional cost benchmarks derived from the Medicare Physician Fee Schedule. Every profile links directly to the state dental board for authoritative license status checks. Read the methodology for full details.

NPPES (National Plan and Provider Enumeration System)
Published by CMS. Contains every provider with an NPI: name, credentials, taxonomy, practice address, enumeration date. Updated monthly.
